Rosin based flux gel, medium activity - RMA in accordance with MILF 14256. Suitable for SMD assembly and repair work.
Can be applied through a sieve, stencil or syringe.
Residues will not corrode.
Any detergents can be used to wash the circuit boards (if provided by the technology).
Corrosion: passes the Cu mirror test
The presence of chlorides: passes the test
of paper chromatography
Acidic number: 100 mg KOH +/- 10 g/1 g of flux
Surface resistance:> 108 Ohm
