Liquid flux that does not require cleaning (NO CLEAN).
The remains of the flux are non-conductive, do not cause corrosion of the board elements.
Suitable for both classic lead-containing POS-type solders and lead-free applications.
The concentration of dry matter is 1%.
Demanding to temperature conditions, it is recommended to work with soldering equipment with temperature control (soldering stations).
 
Attention!
When used for mounting high-voltage or high-frequency devices, it is necessary to wash off the remaining flux after soldering.
