Illumination lights are located on the side panels of the visor. The direction of the luminous flux is not adjustable.
The visor contains two main plastic lenses of a rectangular format measuring 90 x 30 mm (one stationary, the other downward).
On the right side there is an additional swiveling monocular magnifier and a round mirror.

Степень увеличения изменяется ступенчато, опусканием дополнительных линз - одна с внутренней стороны козырька (на оба глаза), и одна - наружная, монокуляр на правый глаз. В зависимости от комбинации линз и получаются степени увеличения, перечисленные в описании.
Вы спрашиваете - "Достаточное ли фокусное расстояние". А для чего именно достаточное? Всегда могут найтись задачи когда и 100-кратного увеличения будет мало. Но это уже задача для микроскопа.
Не забывайте, чем больше увеличение линзы - тем меньше фокусное расстояние. И если бинокуляры использовать для пайки, то при максимальном увеличении вполне можно уткнуться носом в горячий паяльник...;-)
Для большинства задач (пайка, точная механика, рукоделие) увеличения вполне достаточно, причем даже не максимального, только одной основной линзы.
