Also, sometimes it becomes necessary to remove heat from elements in devices already in operation with the help of additional radiators, and double-sided adhesive heat-conducting tape is perfect as a bonding element. In terms of its thermal conductivity, this tape is better than the well-known KPT-8 thermal paste. For comparison: the thermal conductivity of KPT-8 is 0.65 W/m * K, the thermal conductivity of this tape is 0.93 W/m * K. Excellent adhesion of the adhesive layer ensures reliable retention of the glued surfaces.
