Two-component inorganic high-temperature glue Ausbond A522 after drying, its characteristics are very close to ceramics. Since it does not contain organic compounds, the manufacturer has achieved unique characteristics in terms of heat resistance ( 1730°С ) and chemical resistance (resistance to oils, acids, alkaloids. This glue has excellent adhesion properties. It is used for gluing metal, glass, quartz, ceramics, etc. in any combination.

  • Color - cream
  • Heat resistance - up to 1730°С
  • Hardness - hard, brittle
  • The ratio of the parts "A": "B" - 2: 1
  • Drying time - 30 minutes (minimum)
  • Tensile strength - 63 MPa
  • Shear strength - 62 MPa
  • Bonding strength (steel-steel) - 82 MPa
  • Electrical resistance - 6x10 6 Ohm * cm

How to use:
  1. Clean the bonded surfaces from dirt and rust, dry.
  2. Mix the contents of container A and container B thoroughly.
  3. In a separate container, mix well the contents of container A and container B in a 1: 1 ratio
  4. Spread the resulting mass on the surfaces to be glued.
  5. The glue hardens not earlier than after 30 minutes.
  6. The best adhesion result is achieved after 48 hours of drying at room temperature.
