Ausbond A529 conductive epoxy adhesive uses fine copper powder as a conductor. This adhesive has a high bond strength.

Features:

Color is gold
Density: 2.52 g/cm³
Volume resistivity: 10-3 – 10-4 Ohm * m
Tensile strength: 11.8 MPa
Shear strength: 8.2 MPa
Working temperature range: -60°C ~+120°C

Application procedure:

Surfaces must be cleaned and sanded before glue is applied.
The surfaces to be bonded must be clean and dry.
Squeeze the required amount of components A and B into a container from the syringes in a 1: 1 ratio.
Mix thoroughly until smooth and color.
Apply to bonding surfaces and press firmly.
Curing occurs in 1-2 hours.
Full bonding after 24 hours.
